2. Process quality control
According to the product production process, after injection molding, stamping, patching, plug-in, assembly,during the production process, such as packaging, quality control is implemented throughout the entire process.
If abnormal fluctuations are found, the operator should be notified immediately for analysis and adjustment; if serious Quality issues, propose abnormalities and improvement measures and report to leaders and relevant departments, according to Processing of defective products through control procedures. At the same time, supervision of whether production is in accordance with process documents.
Industry, whether the products are well marked and protected, whether the equipment has been inspected,calibration, maintenance, etc.
2.1 First Article Inspection
The first piece inspection is carried out before the production line starts every day. If there is any unqualified, for abnormal problems, the Quality Department will handle them as abnormalities and report to the relevant departments according to the non-conforming product control procedures.
The department will provide timely feedback and follow up to confirm the results. The first piece has passed the inspection and the production line will continue produce and retain first sample.
2.2 Injection molding and stamping
Set the parameters of the injection molding machine/stamping machine according to the process operating procedures, and conduct inspection and sampling sample.
Plastic parts appearance inspection: smooth surface, no color, no flash, no missing material,no shrinkage holes, bubbles or other injection defects.
Dimension inspection: Use a vernier caliper or image projector to check whether it meets the size requirements.
Dimensions and tolerance requirements. Observe whether there are gaps, discontinuities, etc., and consult with relevant departments.
Test-install the components to see if there are any obstructions or problems with installation.
Key components and materials must be regularly inspected and tested for control requirements, including heat resistance, Resistance to abnormal heat, flame retardancy, and tracking.
Appearance inspection of metal parts: there should be no deformation, burrs, pad damage, cracks, rust,oxidation, etc.
Technical parameter inspection: Use a jig to check whether the angle is too large or too small.
Use a vernier caliper or image projector to check the dimensions, such as the the thickness and tilt angle of the plug-in handle should be strictly checked.
The continuous installation and product on-off performance, plug-in performance, etc. have a critical impact metal parts also need to be tested for installation confirmation and key parts need to be regularly tested.
