2.4 Packaging
Carry out winding, packaging, PQC inspection and confirm the operation process according to the requirements.

Check whether there are any gaps between the lamps, whether the lamps are tilted, under the limit, etc.
The product is clean and free of dirt, etc. Check the placement direction of the product and spare parts.

3 Finished product quality control
The Quality Department QC will carry out the inspection according to the product model and quantity sorted by the Production Department.
Check, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant inspection documents, according to IEC sampling plan, carry out random sampling inspection on finished products batch by batch.
Be careful to avoid damage from falling or other forms of injury.
The inspection of finished socket mainly includes the overall appearance and safety performance requirements.
The appearance should be clean, with clear markings, no scratches, no discoloration, and the words on the product and packaging should be the body is correct, the model and specifications meet the requirements, the product LOGO is correct, and the instruction manual and the correct label inside the box, etc. Safety performance requirements mainly include polarity inspection,grounding continuity and electrical strength. Polarity check is carried out according to IEC standards. The polarity should be correct after the test. Grounding continuity is carried out according to IEC standards.
After applying the safety voltage to the standard specified position, it should be able to show continuity.
The gas strength test is carried out according to IEC standards. After applying the voltage specified in the standard, the product should not flash over.
If the inspection fails, the inspector will affix an unqualified label and fill in the exception handling statement.
Identify the unqualified faults, causes and quantities, report them promptly, and follow the unqualified quality control procedures.
Establish procedures to deal with products that fail inspection accordingly.
